Our in-house marketing also allows us to market your property to thousands of prospective tenants across Sandwell and Birmingham in conjunction with third party websites such as Zoopla and Rightmove.

When maintaining your property we use our select number and accredited tradesmen and contractors to enable swift maintenance turnaround, prior to, during and after all tenants stay within your property.

At Spectra Property Services we are also aware Landlord's prefer to undergo their own property maintenance. As a result we provide a consultancy and advisory service to assist in managing tenant expectation and property maintenance requirements.
